An example of tanks manufactured by Bintzler Incorporated. These are several of thirteen tanks fabricated for the Metropolitan Sewer District located in Cincinnati, Ohio. These tanks were filled with ordinary household refuse. After completely filled, we had to go to the site and weld the top access closed. Then, periodically, samples were taken through access fittings located in the top head of the tanks. Lifting provisions were included at the top of the tanks for hoist lifting, and also I-beam support at the bottom for fork truck lifting.
