Finishing Systems

This is an open top oven designed for Hobart Industries in Troy, Ohio. It is one of three manufactured for curing welding wire. It is fed from an overhead hoist. Air seals prevent heat losses out of the top. The ovens utilize gas fired heat, into a heat exchanger. Horizontal air flow with recirculated air. The oven is insulated with 2 inch ceramic insulation rated to 2500 deg. Fahrenheit. All controls are included in the control panel, as well as a digital readout programmable temperature control with thermocouple input. All flame safety components are an integral part of the gas train, as all our burners have, making it a "fail safe" system, meeting all applicable insurance requirements.
